How does the pickup work?
You book a window in the app. A vetted ISTIMARA driver arrives at your chosen location, photographs and documents the vehicle, and takes it for its inspection and registration. When everything is complete, the same care is taken to return it to you.
Which areas of Qatar do you cover?
We collect and return across Qatar, and are expanding coverage and pickup windows continuously. The app confirms availability for your exact location when you book.
How long does it take?
Most inspection-and-registration jobs are completed the same day, depending on centre availability and the time of your booking. You can follow every stage live in the app.
What happens if my vehicle fails inspection?
You are notified immediately with the details. We help you understand what is required, arrange the necessary work with trusted partners where possible, and re-present the vehicle.
Is my car looked after during collection?
Yes. Every handover is a two-phase digital inspection — photographs and a signature at both collection and return — so the condition of your vehicle is recorded and protected throughout.
What documents do I need?
Just your current Istimara. A photo of it in the app is enough for us to begin; our system reads the details automatically.
Which languages are supported?
Arabic, English, Bengali and Hindi — chosen on the first screen, with full right-to-left support for Arabic.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled in the app. You see the ISTIMARA service fee and the government charges, in full, before you confirm — nothing is added afterwards.
