Open the app, choose your vehicle and a pickup window — in Arabic, English, Bengali or Hindi.

Collect
A vetted ISTIMARA driver arrives at your door, documents the vehicle with photos, and takes it away.

Complete
We carry out the Fahes inspection and Istimara renewal, with live status updates the whole way.

Return
Your car comes back with everything done and your renewed card delivered — confirmed on handover.
